Meet Our Regional Team

JAMES SIMKINS
Chairman
 
James Simkins has over 13 years of experience in various leadership positions in the Getz Group, with experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Distribution and Retail. Before that, he worked for eight years in an investment bank in London.

Born and raised in Asia, James has a BA (Honours) in Politics and East Asian Studies from the Newcastle University in the United Kingdom, with one year in Fukuoka University in Japan.
PETER QUINLAN
Chief Executive Officer

Peter Quinlan has over 20 years of leadership experience in global healthcare and medical technology. He has lived and worked extensively across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, including the Netherlands, New Zealand, and Singapore, developing a strong appreciation for the region’s diversity and growth potential.

Peter began his career as a radiographer before joining Philips Healthcare, where he spent 16 years in senior roles spanning global product management, sales, marketing, and APAC market leadership. He later served as General Manager for Greater Asia at Baxter Healthcare, further strengthening his regional commercial and operational expertise.

As CEO, Peter is recognised for his open and authentic leadership style, strong focus on execution, and commitment to developing local talent. His leadership is anchored on four core pillars: engaged teams, satisfied customers, delivery on commitments, and uncompromising ethics and compliance.
JOE MITCHELL
Chief Integration Officer

Joe has over 25 years' experience in business transformation, mergers and acquisitions and developing change management strategies, in new and existing markets.

Educated in the UK and Mexico, Joe has attained a double Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resource Management (MA). Other qualifications include certifications in Change Management (Prosci Practioner), Project Management (Prince 2) and Information Technology (ITIL V3).

Born and raised in London UK. Joe spent a couple of years living and working in Hong Kong, before relocating to Singapore where he has been for the past 13 years.
HAROON ASLAM
Regional Finance Director

Haroon Aslam has over 20 years of experience in blue chip companies within engineering, distribution, manufacturing & medical industries.

Haroon holds a Bachelor in Finance from the University of Western Sydney and is a qualified Certified Public Accountant. 

Born in Pakistan, Haroon is currently based in Singapore, having worked and lived in Australia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, China and Japan.
